Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

Sponsor My Skin is developed and operated by Kettlebells Apps. We run a platform where athletes sell temporary logo placements on their bodies for a race, and sponsors buy them.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or over and sign in with a Google account. One account per person. You’re responsible for everything done through your account.

3. Athletes

  • You choose which body spots you offer and set your own prices.
  • Logos are temporary transfers only. Never permanent tattoos.
  • You agree to wear each accepted sponsor’s logo on the agreed spot, post once before the race, and upload a clear race-day proof photo.
  • You may decline any sponsor. You’re responsible for checking your event’s rules on visible branding.
  • We pay you the agreed price minus our platform fee, by bank transfer or PayPal, after your proof photo is approved.

4. Sponsors

  • You pay by card through Stripe. Prices are set by the athlete and shown in full before you pay.
  • You receive the agreed placement, a pre-race social post and a race-day proof photo. We don’t guarantee impressions, reach or sales.
  • You may reshare the post and proof photo on your own organic channels, crediting the athlete. Paid ads or other commercial use need the athlete’s separate agreement.
  • No gambling, alcohol, adult, weapons, political or misleading brands.

5. Refunds & cancellations

If the athlete declines, withdraws or the event is cancelled before race day, the sponsor is refunded. If the athlete starts but doesn’t finish, the proof photo is still delivered.

6. Fees

We keep a platform fee from each sponsorship, shown to athletes before they publish their page.

7. Content

You keep ownership of photos you upload and give us a licence to show them on the platform to run the service. Don’t upload anything you don’t have rights to.

8. Not affiliated

Sponsor My Skin is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with HYROX or any event organiser.
